Ruthless

We’ve seen Vandal Savage at work during the Arrow/Flash crossover from the end of last year, and so effective was he there that he essentially vaporized an entire city before The Flash travelled back in time to undo Savage’s handiwork. Starting things off again here, Savage is once more introduced as a thoroughly nasty b*stard.
