Faecal Vomiting

Unfortunately, this is not some kind of complicated medical term. Faecal vomiting does exactly what it says on the tin.

This is a rare but revolting condition in which the content of the colon makes an about turn and heads right back from whence it came. This generally occurs in the case of a severe obstruction in the bowels, either through constipation, torsion or a tumour.

Seeing as there are really only two options in the digestive tract, the only way out is then through the mouth.
